This solution was designed with Start-Ups and SMBs in mind. A common problem smaller businesses were facing was the need to hire and grow their teams but the affordability of a recruitment agency was difficult.

We designed this consultancy to help give these companies the ability, knowledge and a stepping stone to start their hiring journey for a one-off, affordable fee. You will get 12 hours of consultancy, booked to suit your business and timeline, to be used across a maximum of 6 weeks.

This solution includes training on all aspects of hiring from the preparation, writing job adverts, job spec, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. We also include one published job advert (worth up to £500)

The CEO messaged through LinkedIn asking about our Retention workshop as they didn't know why poeple were leaving.

The senior teams didn't hear of any issues from staff and it came as a shock on most ocassions when someone left their role.

We started with an in-depth video call to discuss the business, culture, roles, packages, environment and everythign else on offer to the staff.

It was noted there was a lack of undersatnding about Neurodiversity in the workplace and this was part of the problem - Not enough support for staff.

We tailored our workshop to get staff feedback, look at the culture, the full recruitment and onbaording process, and put in place some new process that we more diverse, inclusive and tailored to all of the staff members and future growth.
